- We'll get back to you within one business day to go through everything with you.
- Then we sign the order together electronically, and that's it!
We usually activate the service within one business day of signing the order.
- Go to https://prg1.t-cloud.eu and select "Instant Access".
- Click "Upgrade" and enter your e-mail address.
- Click the link in the e-mail we send you and set your password.
- After logging in, enter your mobile phone number.
- Complete your registration by entering the code we send you by SMS.

Yes, absolutely. You can switch over from the Proof of Concept test environment, and all your data and settings will be kept. However, it's important to switch to the paid service before the trial period ends. Once the Proof of Concept testing period is over (usually 30 days), the test account is automatically cancelled for security reasons and all data is deleted.

Our service works on a "Resource Pool" basis. This means that in the calculator you don't configure individual virtual servers. Instead, you define the total amount of resources you need (CPU, RAM, storage, etc.). You can then allocate these resources flexibly across individual virtual servers on our platform, exactly as it suits you.
We quote prices in GHz because it gives you much more flexibility. You can tailor vCPU performance to exactly what your applications need, without being tied to fixed configurations.
On our platform, you can set the following for each virtual server:
Number of cores (vCPUs): 1 to 40
Core frequency: 1 GHz to 3.5 GHz (in 0.1 GHz increments)
The performance you need depends on the applications you'll be running. The basic calculation, however, is simple:
Total number of cores (vCPUs) × Frequency per core = Total performance in GHz
Example: You plan to run 2 virtual servers:
Server 1: 2 cores, each at 2.5 GHz → You need 5 GHz
Server 2: 1 core at 3.0 GHz → You need 3 GHz
